Are your products vegan?

All of our products are plant-based with the exception of our Honey Sugar Scrub, and Belly Jelly Anti-Stretch Mark Balm. However, we are sure to use the very best quality raw honey and beeswax from a reputable farmer, and we care very much for the welfare of all animals.

Are your products gluten-free?

Most of our products are gluten-free with the exception of our Renew Serum and Belly Jelly Anti-Stretch Mark Balm. Upon check out, please let us know you have a gluten sensitivity and we would be happy to customize your order to meet your specific needs.

Are your products all natural?

All of our products are free from any chemicals, preservatives, parabens, phthalates, GMOs and artificial fragrances and colours. We use the highest quality organic ingredients for the wellness of our customers. When organic ingredients are simply unavailable, we choose only raw ingredients from countries with sustainable, and ethical farming practices.

Our products are free from any chemicals, preservatives, parabens, phthalates, and artificial fragrances and colors. Pregnant women should always consult with a doctor before use if they have any concerns. Certain ingredients can be omitted from products and customized for customers at check-out.

How should I store your products?

For maximum shelf life, we recommend that you store our products in a cool, dry place with the lid on. However, our Rose Toner and Herbal Clay Detox Mask must be stored in the fridge. Please ensure that our products remain free of any sources of contamination.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Each product is different. When you order from Howe Well, we attach detailed storage and use instructions to ensure you get the maximum benefit out of our products. Some of our products are self-sustaining at room temperature, while others have a 1 year to 6 month shelf-life. Please note that the expected shelf life of each product is located on the bottom side of each glass jar.

All Howe Well Beauty & Wellness Products are made from 100% Pure & Natural ingredients with the highest level of integrity possible. However, Howe Well products may have been in contact with nuts, bee's products, dried flowers, oils, as well as several other potential allergens. Please be aware of our product ingredients as Howe Well is not responsible for any adverse reactions associated with our products use. Test patch a small section of skin on the back of the hand if necessary, to deem safe for use on adults and/or children.

Please Note: Depending on our chosen ingredients some of our hand-crafted formulations are self-sustaining at room temperature, while others must be kept refrigerated and will expire. Each cosmetic product comes equipped with a convenient Howe Well booklet which dictates our directions for use, detailed product information, as well as chosen ingredient lists. When not in use, please close and maintain our hand-crafted cosmetic formulations in their original air-tight sealed containers. Never place our products in direct sources of heat as our products may and can melt. If this happens to occur, no worries! Place the product in the fridge for one hour, remove, and then allow to return to room temperature naturally.
